Vibro make centrifugal finishing machines (CFM) are specifically developed for small components and for those components which requires heavy deburring.

Centrifugal finishing is a high energy directionless friction finishing machine. Machine has four inclined/straight barrels mounted on a periphery of a turret, which is rotated at high speed to generate higher centrifugal force inside the barrel. Barrels are lined from inside with hot cast polyurethane to have higher wear resistance. Each barrel contains components to be finished along with media, water and finishing compound The rotation of barrel results in continuous rubbing of the layer of component under pressure causing deburring I e heavy burr removal in a very short cycle time.
